For your narrowboat holiday we are ideally positioned not far from the junction of the Macclesfield & Trent and Mersey canals to cruise the Cheshire Ring and Four counties Ring also the Caldon and Peak Forest canals.

    Mow Cop and Astbury narrowboats

    These are Cruiser stern narrowboats, Mow Cop class. The Astbury new for 2011, and Mow Cop new in 2008.

    Sleeps 6 to 8 – Length 69 ft (21.03m)

    • 1 make up double and 6 fixed single berths which can be converted to 3 fixed double berths is required
    • All fixed berths when used as a 6 berth
    • Fitted carpets (except galley and shower rooms) All berths 6’6’’
    • 2 shower/wc rooms. Central heating. Radio CD player
    • 12 volt socket for mobile phone (leads not supplied)
    • 240v power supply available (with limitations)

    Bosley & Hazelhurst narrowboats

    These are Cruiser stern narrowboats, Bosely class.

    Sleeps 3 to 4. – Length 44ft (13.4m)

    • 1 fixed double, 1 make up double or 1 single
    • Kitchen: Including gas cooker and standard size fridge.
    • Heating: Gas central heating with radiators
    • Toilets/bathroom:1 fresh water flush toilet, hip shower
    • On board entertainment: Colour TV, radio cassette player

    Ramsdell & Sutton narrowboats

    These are Cruiser stern narrowboats, Ramsdell class.

    Sleeps 4 – Length 49ft (14.9m)

    • 2 make up doubles or 1 make up double and 2 fixed singles (layouts vary slightly on this class)
    • Ramsdell Class Saloon with make up double & singles in rear cabin
    • Kitchen: Including gas cooker and standard size fridge

    Sherborne Prince narrowboat

    Lothbury Lady narrowboat

    A boating holiday provides a flexible holiday where, traveling at a leisurely 3 miles (or 3 locks per hour), you cannot help but relax and unwind. It is the sort of holiday that can appeal to everyone, and is a great way to escape from the pressures of modern life, traveling through the beautiful countryside by day and mooring for the night near a friendly canal side pub or a peaceful stretch on the towpath. Fresh air leads to healthy appetites and many of the canal side pubs will also serve food, which gives Mum a break too.

    Please note that your booking request is provisional.  No contract of hire exists until you have paid a booking deposit (or full payment if within 10 weeks of your holiday date) and your booking has been confirmed in writing by Heritage Narrow Boats Ltd.

    Prices shown in the search results are per boat for the period shown and are subject to a compulsory damage waiver of £40.00 and pet charges if applicable.
