Unfortunately, for some reason your card payment failed. That’s OK, because we are still holding the bungalow for you. As soon as we have accepted your request, we’ll email you with details of other ways to pay – we can try your card over the phone, or you can make a bank transfer, send a cheque or bring cash. Just to be clear, we have no record of your card number.
We will hold your provisional booking for 48 hours (unless otherwise agreed) to give you time to arrange payment. If you don’t want to proceed with the booking, please let us know se we can release it.

If you do not hear from us within 2 working days we suggest you drop us an email, or telephone, to check. Sometimes email addresses are wrong. If the first email does not appear within an hour or two (it’s sent instantly but may get hung up on servers), please contact us.
Your booking is not confirmed until your initial payment has been received by us and a confirmation issued. See our bungalow terms & conditions in our footer.
